Bandwidth 15.8mm Constant Tension Clamp are designed to ensure leak-free performance by compensating for temperature-induced changes in joint diameter. Both series feature a Bellville washer "stack" that provides spring action, preventing loosening and loss of clamp load. The SLHD Series, with a 5/8" wide band, is made from 300 series stainless steel for the band, housing, and washers, and 400 series stainless steel for the screw, ideal for heavy-duty truck, automotive, marine, and industrial applications. The SLF Series, with a 9/16" wide band, uses 304 stainless steel for the band and housing, 301 stainless steel for the washers, and a 400 series stainless steel screw, also suited for high-performance and severe duty applications. Both feature a welded shield or extended band liner to protect soft hoses from damage.
